An Improved Ant Colony Algorithm for Solving a Virtual Machine Placement Problem in a Cloud Computing Environment

E-government applications are used by dozens millions users. This high usage generates a huge network traffic and needs reliable cloud computing platforms efficient virtual machine placement models. In this context, we proposed an improved Ant Colony algorithm solve problem environment order minimize total maximum link utilization. experimental results demonstrate effectiveness efficiency our algorithm.
